I am a huge fan of lifestyle family sessions! Especially when you have little ones under the age of 5! Lifestyle sessions are photo sessions where we simply photograph you doing what you’d normally do! I like to mix in a few posed photographs as well! But I love when our families interact and have fun with one another! I recently got to photograph Jen and George’s home photography session! These guys are such a sweet couple and their little one is beyond adorable! We seriously get to work with the cutest families! Their little princess just celebrated her 1st birthday and I’m so happy that I was able to photograph this time in their lives! I believe that it’s important to document all of your family’s milestones! It feels like it was just yesterday that our girls were celebrating their first birthdays and now they are 12 and 6! Believe me when I say that times go by entirely too fast!

I love that Jen and George chose to have their family portraits taken at their home! We spent part of their session in their little one’s nursery reading books and playing on the rug! Even the cat joined us for a few photos! Next we headed outside to play in the garden and swing in the backyard! I had so much fun hanging out with these guys!
