When Jenay told me that she had her husband, Jonathan’s permission to be as extra as she wanted with her maternity portraits, I knew that we were going to have fun! It’s always fun whenever I get to hang out with this beautiful lady! It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost 4 years since we first met Jenay and Jonathan! From our first conversation, we knew that these guys would fit right into the Story and Rhythm family! Since our first meeting, we’ve adventured through downtown Raleigh and Tanglewood for their engagement session! We’ve celebrated their wedding day with them and their family at the Village Inn Event Center. We’ve met for fall family photos at Tanglewood and planned Christmas photos in Raleigh at Rand Bryan House! These guys are like family and we love celebrating each milestone with them!

When Jenay shared that they were expecting a little girl this spring, I was beyond excited! Little boys are awesome, but there’s something so sweet about tutus and baby pink! Shopping for little girls is so much fun and I can just imagine the fun that Jenay and Jonathan are going to have while preparing for this sweet baby girl!

I love that she chose to take maternity portraits inside of the nursery at their Winston Salem home! Jenay looked stunning in a blush pink lace off shoulder dress and floral crown! Her belly bump is so adorable!
