Photographing Niki and Greg’s Charlotte engagement session was so much fun! This was our first time meeting Niki and Greg in person, but it didn’t feel like it! It felt like I was hanging out with two friends who we’d known for a while!

Greg and Niki chose to take their engagement photos at the place where it all started! The Boardwalk at University Charlotte and Fruiti Cup! It’s the place where they had their first date! It was raining off and on the day of their first date, so they sat inside of Fruiti Cup and talked over frozen yogurts! Then they grabbed an umbrella and walked around the park and lake! I think that it was an amazing idea to revisit the place where they first started to fall in love! I had a really great time chatting and walking around the park with these guys! Brian and I can’t wait to spend the day celebrating with them next spring!

Tell us about your proposal!

The proposal was at Sammy’s Deli during a church brunch. It was a total surprise to the bride to be. We had been planning our wedding for the past few months. We were blessed to have our church family and family members there.
