Between photographing weddings, we’ve been planning our special day this year! And I am super excited to have finally found my wedding shoes! I am a complete shoe addict, but finding these wasn’t easy! Here’s the story!

Once I finally decided on my wedding dress a few months ago, my planner told me that now I needed to find my wedding shoes! Up until that point, I figured I could wait until the week or two before the wedding to decide on the perfect shoes! Boy was I wrong! So when the time came for me to get my dress fitted, I knew I had to make a decision fast! I browsed online websites like 6pm.com and zappos for a few days! I didn’t see anything that really caught my eye that was also in my price range! I’m a little bit of a budget shopper when it comes to shoes and clothes! Plus I wanted pink or mint shoes! I’ve been dreaming about these cute pink heels under my dress, but finding them was harder than I expected!

Then I found these cute heels by Chinese Laundry on 6pm.com! They were mint, had a low heel and were cute enough for pictures! I thought my search was over! I received them in the mail a few days later and realized that did not fit! I had this crazy foot growth spurt when I had Addie and my shoe size has been all over the place ever since then! And I couldn’t find these cute mint wedding shoes in my size! Sadly, I shipped them back and the search started again!

It’s funny because the entire time I had been eyeing a couple of shoes made by Betsey Johnson! I would see them, like them, but scroll on by! Until I finally said, this is it, I need shoes! And I ordered these! I am so in love with them! They are a little higher than I wanted, but I will just have to switch to flats for the reception!
