We love weddings that feel quaint and intimate. That’s exactly how Devon and Brandon’s wedding day felt. We started the day off with these two at the Duke Hotel. The couple wrote and exchanged the sweetest letters to each other. Devon spent the morning prepping in the bridal suite while Brandon and his boys got dressed on a different floor of the hotel.

Once everyone was dressed, we headed over to Duke Chapel for the ceremony. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a few weddings at Duke Chapel and I’m always amazed at how massive and gorgeous the chapel is! Devon and Brandon exchanged vows and shared their first kiss as husband and wife before walking down the long chapel aisle together. After the ceremony, the couple took photos with the families before heading outside for some private photo time.

The reception took place at The Durham Hotel in the heart of downtown Durham! I love that they chose this location for their reception. Everyone mingled during cocktail hour and enjoyed dinner, cake and dancing during the reception. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful wedding day! We’re so excited for these two! Congratulations again guys!
