It feels like just yesterday that I was meeting with Tanika and Craig for the first time! Craig reached out to me and asked if I’d be willing to photograph him and his then girlfriend, Tanika! He wanted to surprise her with a proposal during their session in downtown Durham! My answer was “YES!” Of course, Tanika also said “YES” along with quite a few OMGs once she realized what was happening! The following year, these two said “we do” in a beautiful ceremony in Cary, NC! Fast forward to now, they’re expecting two very sweet new additions to the family! A baby girl and boy! We’re so excited for these guys and have enjoyed witnessing a piece of their journey! It’s always so sweet whenever we get to celebrate with our couples after the wedding! It’s one of the reasons why I love what I do so much!

Tanika and Craig are so excited to become parents in the next couple of months! Tanika’s belly is so adorable and she looks amazing as always! We’re counting down the days right along with these guys and can’t wait to see all of the little baby cuteness soon!
