I recently discovered Marie Kondo while scrolling through Netflix one day! I was instantly hooked! I love any show that involves housing and decorating. Or in the case of Marie Kondo, cleaning out clutter!

After I watched a few episodes of Marie Kondo, I decided that it was time to start organizing some things around the house! I cleaned out my closet and got rid of so many things that I no longer wear! Some I just didn’t wear and others just didn’t fit me or my style anymore! It’s amazing how much stuff you accumulate over time! Next, I headed into the kitchen to straighten up some of our drawers! There’s this one drawer that holds a little bit of everything! I used a few shoe box tops to help organize and sort everything by category!

Then it was time to tackle the bathroom! I used some of my old Cole Haan boxes to organize hair products, bath towels, and other items! It looks a lot better now! I told Brian how I loved the idea of reorganizing things about the house in hopes that he’d finally tackle his stack of shoes in the closet! Brian has been a sneakerhead ever since we met! I’ve always loved shoes, but I think he might just love them more than I do! It was fun hearing him talk about the different styles and seeing his collection all at once!

After going through our closet, we managed to get rid of lots of stuff and even made a few dollars!
