Anita booked a hotel room at the O Henry Hotel for the weekend. We enjoyed the first night and just ordered room service. Saturday night, which was two days before my birthday, we went and had dinner at Green Valley Grill. Before we got there, I was freaking out about what I was wearing because I hated it. Anita started freaking out because I said I didn’t want to go to dinner anymore. She was texting my sister about how I was driving her crazy. I sucked it up and we finally made it to dinner. I also had a gut feeling so neither one of us really ate our dinner. After dinner we stopped at the bar and got a drink then we went outside on the terrace area of the hotel. It was perfect because no one else was out there. She went to get an employee to take our ‘picture’. The employee pretty much stood inside the garden/waterfall area to get the shot! That’s when Anita got down on one knee and asked me. It was super sweet and intimate!
