LaVerne is giving us all kinds of birthday vibes today! It’s been a little over a year since we celebrated with LaVerne on the day that she married her love, Conley! This time, I got to help her celebrate her 50th birthday in downtown Raleigh! She recently purchased herself a very cool birthday gift and wanted to take photos with it!

In spending time with LaVerne, I’ve learned that she is such a sweet soul who also has a spunky side! She looks and said that she also feels amazing at 50! I found myself laughing the entire time that we were together! I learned the correct way to hold a biker helmet! I learned that it’s totally okay to give yourself gifts and that you’re only as old as you feel!

I had so much fun hanging out with LaVerne (and Conley) and can’t wait to share a few of her birthday portraits!
