A few months ago, we decided to focus mainly on engaged couples and weddings. Between working with so many amazing couples and spending time with family, I didn’t have a lot of gaps in my schedule to take on new family portrait clients! But I knew that I still wanted to photograph families from time to time. Then we came up with an idea. We would continue photographing families, mostly during the fall once our wedding season slows down and we would work with mainly our past couples and families.
It has been amazing working with these guys for the past few years! I first met the Well’s family when I photographed their daughter’s 1st birthday party at Marbles Museum in Raleigh, NC. They are such a sweet family. They live in Virginia but they make it possible for us to photograph them during their trips to NC. This year we planned their West Point on the Eno River family photo for a Saturday morning. This has become one of my favorite locations for family portraits. The weather was perfect for a fall day and the leaves were just starting to turn in some places. The Well’s family looked amazing as always and Little Miss A had a ton of smiles in her bag for their portraits.
