I actually made that word up, but hear me out! We officially tied the knot last weekend (August 17th, 2014) and couldn’t be happier! It’s funny how a lot of people thought that we were already married! 🙂 Not quite the case! After months (really years) of planning and dreaming about our wedding day, it came and went so fast! Literally, the day flew by! But I’m thankful to have been a bride and to be able to experience my own wedding day and I look forward to sharing more of our experience with you!

I decided that I would start a mini series called “wedding tips from a bride-tographer! That is a bride that is also a photographer! 🙂 When it came to planning our wedding day, I think the fact that we work with so many couples and we go to so many awesome weddings, actually made it harder for me! I had the hardest time deciding on decor and a wedding dress and shoes! I mean, your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your life! I had heard that so many times and I have to admit that it is so true! Brian and I can’t stop talking about our wedding day and are dying to see photos from the whole day!!!

Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing bits of our experience as well as a few tips (and ideas) that I’ve learned throughout the entire process!!! So stay tuned!
