Brian and I enjoyed every minute with these two. From their engagement session in downtown Durham to their special day in downtown Raleigh, everything was amazing! Raina and Joseph are seriously the sweetest couple. And their families are just as amazing! Their wedding took place at Stockroom at 230 in the heart of downtown Raleigh. This is one of our favorite wedding venues in the middle of the city. Raina and her girls were busy getting dressed in the Glass Box when we arrived. Joseph and his guys were in the groom’s suite preparing for the day. Once everyone was dressed, it was time for the ceremony to begin. Joseph’s reaction to seeing Raina as she walked down the aisle was priceless. At first I couldn’t tell if he was crying or not, but I definitely think that there were tears. It was so sweet to witness.

The ceremony was filled with tears from these two and their guest, lots of laughter and a very fun jumping of the broom. It was literally the perfect ceremony! After the ceremony, everyone headed to cocktail hour while we headed back upstairs to the Glass Box for family portraits before heading outside for bride and groom portraits. The remainder of the evening was filled with dinner, cake and lots of dancing!

Raina and Joseph’s Proposal Story

Joe proposed on New Year’s eve 2022 while on a friends trip for the holiday. As I was trying to set the vibe for New Year’s he was preparing to propose. I had no clue and was quite caught of guard in a good way! It was nice to be surrounded by my closest friends during such a special moment.
