A few weeks ago, I had the chance to photograph a styled shoot in downtown Raleigh with an amazing group of photographers! It’s almost impossible for a bunch of photographers to get together without chatting about gear! One of the items that I kept hearing mention of was the Sigma Art 35mm lens! Everyone raved about how much they loved it and how it was the perfect addition to their bags of gear! I couldn’t wait to check it out!

During a lens repair trip to Southeastern Camera, I spotted a used Sigma Art 35mm lens and knew that I had to have it! I have to admit that it is an amazing lens! I’ve only had it for a couple of months now, but it stays on my camera more than any other lens in my bag!

It is perfect for photographing couples outdoors!

It also beautiful indoors!

It is a lovely lens all around and I can’t wait to use it more during our upcoming sessions and weddings!
