If you know us, you know that we are huge foodies! We will drive hours for great food! We will research the best places to eat in a new city whenever we’re traveling! It’s really that serious with us! So when Brian mentioned Rise Biscuits and Donuts in Durham, NC, I was a little nervous, yet excited to check it out!

Meet Rise Biscuits and Donuts in Durham, North Carolina! When we drove into the parking lot, we found a line out the door! My first thought was “hey, I’m starving, let’s go somewhere else”! I am not a fan of long lines, but I decided to wait it out today! And thank goodness we did! The glazed donuts from Rise are complete heaven! I’m such a plain jane kind of girl when it comes to donuts and cakes, but Brian tried lots of different flavors and loved them all! From the donut with bacon to the donnoli! I can’t wait to visit Rise Biscuits and Donuts again in the future! I realized that they offer a different menu of donuts and biscuits everyday, so be sure to check out their website for the daily menu!
