When Brian and I started our journey in photography and music, we never imagined that we would end up in the wedding industry! I seriously thought that I’d photograph a few families and kids and that would be it! I never imagined that I’d get to photograph so many amazing couples. Or be a part of one of the most memorable and special days of someone’s life! Some days we have to pinch ourselves to see if it’s really true!

A little over a week ago, I got to photograph Brittney and Samuel in downtown Raleigh, NC! Their Raleigh NC engagement photo session was so much fun! The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences globe made the perfect backdrop for their engagement portraits! Samuel is from Ghana and Brittney wanted to make it known that their love is global! I think it’s really sweet how these guys got engaged! They planned a dinner for both of their families so that everyone could meet! Samuel surprised Brittney with a proposal in front of all of their family! So sweet!
