Paramount Event Venue | Alexis and John

I absolutely loved spending the day with these two last fall! Alexis and John are such an amazing and sweet couple. After hanging out with them in downtown Raleigh earlier last year, we knew that their wedding at Paramount Event Venue was going to be very special!

Alexis and the girls got their hair and makeup done at a beautiful studio in Raleigh while John and the guys arrived at the venue to begin getting dressed. It was the perfect start to the day! Alexis’ wedding gown was beyond stunning! She chose the cutest sparkly shoes and one of my favorite wedding day perfumes, Valaya! John and the guys got into their suits and headed out to the courtyard for photos prior to the ceremony. Alexis shared a very sweet first look with her Dad and brothers before the ceremony. Watching her Dad’s excitement and her brothers tear up as they saw Alexis in her dress for the first time was one of my favorite moments of the day.

The ceremony took place in the main ballroom. John’s reaction to seeing Alexis was priceless. The ceremony was filled with lots of smiles and happy tears! Alexis and John exchanged vows and rings before kissing for the first time as newlyweds.

The remainder of the evening was filled with dinner, toast, an ice cream bar, and lots of dancing! We had an incredible time with Alexis and John on their special day!
