Lots of couples opt to not take engagement photos, but I am going to share with you why you need an engagement session! I love offering a complimentary engagement session with all of our wedding collections! Here are a few reasons why I feel it’s one of the most important sessions of all times!

It gives us a chance to hang out and get to know each other better!

Okay, there are two sides to this one! From the bride or groom side, you will learn to be more comfortable in front of the camera! Posing and smiling for a camera isn’t always the easiest thing in the world! This gives you a chance to loosen up and relax! From the photographers side, this gives me a chance to see which poses and angles help you to look your best!

A chance to just be in love

This one is so important to me! I know planning your wedding can be stressful and at times, finding a minute to just be together can be a task! I like to focus our engagement sessions on one thing and that’s being in love! I want you to look naturally in love! No worries of posing perfectly, but just being with the one you are about to spend the rest of your life with!

Test out hair and makeup styles

An engagement session is a great time to test out hair and makeup! Especially if you have your eye on a certain hair style, but you’re unsure how it will look from one side! Or if you have found a beautiful new lip color, but want to test it out before the big! This is the perfect time for all of that!

Plus you will have amazing photos to display on your wedding day! That is an amazing reason to have an engagement session all by itself!
