I am so excited that spring has finally arrived! Spring means two things to us! One is that wedding season has finally arrived! Two is that we can officially photograph outdoor engagement portraits without freezing all of our couples!! Cheers to photographing love in warm weather! I love anytime that I get to photograph NC State engagement photos!
It was a beautiful day in April for an NC State engagement photo session with Lyrechel and her soon to be husband Devone! We met at the bell tower off Hillsborough street to begin our session! These guys both attended NC State and decided to take a trip down memory lane for part one of their photo session! The bell tower is a beautiful location for portraits!
These guys are so cute together!
Gorgeous!
Lyly’s ring is beautiful too!
We drove over to Pullen Park for the second part of their engagement session!
Beautiful!
Such a sweet couple!
Straight from the bride to be:
How did he propose?
“I got home from work late, and he had dinner ready for me. Chicken alfredo, which was weird because he doesn’t like to eat so close to bed time. I love food, so I tore it up without thinking twice. Then I went to sit on the couch to relax when he gets down on one knee. Then the room started spinning, and I couldn’t focus on his speech! The line “I want to be part of your world” managed to sink in. We sat in our apartment for an hour just soaking it in and then we ran out to get champagne. Just for us.”
We can’t wait to celebrate a very special day with these two in a few months!!! Cheers to love!
