It was great seeing these guys again! You might remember Zinia and Lawrence from last fall when we worked with them on their amazingly fun wedding at the Wagner House in Clayton, North Carolina. It’s always an adventure when I’m with these guys! During portraits on their wedding day, we stumbled onto a crime scene. This time they had me shaking in my booties (literally) when I saw their fur baby, Ace! For some reason, I have this crazy fear of pitbulls! I think that it goes back to when I was in middle school and our neighbors would let their pitbull roam into our yard! I would run down the path at the slightest sound of a dog bark! Thankfully, Ace was a big ball of energy and as sweet as could be!

We are so excited for these guys as they prepare to welcome a new addition to the family! Zinia looked amazing at almost 8 months pregnant! We met for their maternity portraits at Fred Fletcher Park near downtown Raleigh! This was only my second time checking out this location, but it’s really pretty! I had so much fun hanging with these two and can’t wait to see photos of their baby boy in December!!
