This year has been simply amazing! We met some of the most amazing people and really kicked our new brand into high gear! We can’t go into 2015 without taking a look back at some of our favorite moments and images from 2014!

Katina and Nate chose to do a very fun and creative dance for their first dance as a married couple! They started off with a slow song and went into a mix of 3 different dance songs! How cool is that?!?

Our first ever beach wedding was so sweet and intimate! The groom told us that he prayed that the rain wouldn’t damper their beach wedding ceremony! It actually rained the entire morning and stopped just before it was time for the ceremony!

I got to second shoot with one of my closest friends at the WRAL Azalea Gardens in Raleigh! It is so cool to be able to watch her grow her business! 

We had so much fun at Megan and Dino’s wedding at the Billingsley House in Upper Marlboro, Maryland! 

We just love Dino’s reaction when he opened the gift we gave him on his wedding day!

We love all of the joy and happiness from everyone as Megan and Dino walked into their wedding reception! 

I am a huge Tarheel fan and couldn’t believe that I got to photograph part of these guys engagement session on the football field at UNC!

Such a sweet moment during a recent vow renewal at Prestonwood Country Club! Everyone watched a video from when the couple got married years ago! 

We got to hang out with a bunch of fun and awesome photographers in downtown Durham over the summer!!! 

Then Megan and Dino’s Billingsley House Museum wedding got published! Brian kept pushing me to submit one of our weddings and I was super afraid! I did it and Weddingwire Real Weddings picked it up almost immediately!! How exciting!

We photographed our first ever engagement session on a farm with a tractor and this super fun couple!

We even got really up close and personal with an angry looking cow! 

I love this photo of Candice during her wedding ceremony at the Durham Hilton near Duke University! So many emotions as she married the love of her life!

All of the ladies wanted to gather around the bride and take a photo during Sarah and Evan’s wedding reception in Raleigh! After a little smooch, everyone busted out laughing! Such a fun time for everyone!During our engagement photo sessions, I try to get a really sassy and serious pose from our couples! When I asked Jasmine and Tony to be really serious, this happened! And we all laughed! 

While taking a test shot during Jeanri and Robert’s engagement session, they started playing a cute little hand game! I thought it was just the cutest test shot ever! 

I love this fun shot of Sam and Jessi! This was all Sam’s idea! 🙂

I’ve talked about my fear of large dogs before on the blog! But I have to say that Stan is a rather large dog and he is the sweetest Greyhound I have ever met! 

Fun times playing a huge game of chess with these guys in downtown Durham! I love when our couples don’t think I’m completely crazy when I come up with these ideas!
