I can’t believe these guys are just making it to the blog! I had the pleasure of hanging out with Katie and Kevin at Fort Fisher beach last fall! The weather was beautiful and we had the most amazing evening on the North Carolina coast! I had so much fun photographing these guys and I am obsessed with their engagement portraits!

I first met Kevin and Katie over a year ago at Kevin’s sister, Erin’s wedding! When they got engaged and reached out to us, we were so stoked to work with them! Check out a few highlights from our time together in Fort Fisher!

Tell us about your proposal!

Kevin told me we would go up to his parent’s house at Lake Gaston to celebrate his grandma’s birthday. He proposed down at the dock and arranged for my family to come up and surprise me afterward. We had a celebratory dinner. I grew up going to Lake Gaston as well so it was a special location for both of us.
