I am always saying how amazing our clients are and that holds true with this beautiful young lady! I have been blessed to work with Sheena and her family over the last few years. You might remember her from here! Sheena is an amazing Mother and wife who holds down a full time job while also working several days as a Spin Class Instructor and Fitness Coach. She is a very busy lady! But that didn’t stop her from spending a couple of hours with me in downtown Raleigh!

I love that while she is helping others reach their fitness goals, she is also reaching some of her own fitness goals! I can’t wait to see where this journey takes her in the future!
