My Favorite Baby Items Part 2

It’s no secret that I love trying out new gadgets and products! Especially baby gadgets that promise to make my life easier! And right now, I have what I like to call “final baby syndrome”. Unless God has other plans for our life, I am done having children! I love the idea of having a little baby but I also like the idea of one day traveling the world with just myself and Brian! Both are really important to me. So being that I don’t plan to have another little baby, I wanted to have some fun trying out some of the latest baby gadgets that are on the market! Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite items that are great for Moms who are on the go!

There is no shortage of outings in our house. Between having an almost middle schooler, an almost kindergarten child and a newborn, we’re always going somewhere. School, the park, museum, store, mall, restaurant. We’re seriously always on the move!

Peg Perego Book Popup

One of the first things that we purchased while I was pregnant was this stroller! During one of our “many” trips to Buy Buy Baby, we ran into the nice gentleman who sold us our youngest daughter’s car seat years ago. We were browsing the strollers and he gave us the rundown on quite a few of them. Initially, we liked the look of the Quinny but then he showed us the Peg Perego Book Popup! And omg!! It was like love at first sight! I thought our Britax B-Agile stroller was amazing with Addie, but this stroller takes things to an entirely new level! It pushes really easy and turns great in tight places. I love that it comes with a bassinet attachment and reversible seat attachment. The bassinet can also be used off of the stroller for naps, etc. The reversible seat sounds like a lot of fun once Kee gets older. Being that he’s so little, we mostly attach his car seat to the stroller and go! The Peg Perego car seat is really neat too.

Milk Snob cover

I mentioned this cover in my last baby item post and I finally purchased one a few weeks ago! It is so much better than the canopy one that we used at first. It stays snug and in place. It doesn’t blow in the wind as much. And I can use it as a nursing cover!!! Amazing! I’m thinking about ordering another cover from Milk Snob as a backup!

Ergobaby Original Carrier

When Addie was a baby, we fell in love with the Ergobaby Original carrier. It was so easy to use. All you do is put it on, put baby in and snap the connector in the back and go! I knew that I wanted a new one this time around and found an amazing deal on one at R.E.I. However, what I didn’t know was that I’d end up having a c-section and it wouldn’t be as comfy to wear. Thankfully, Brian can still wear Kee in the Ergo! You can barely tell that there’s a little baby in there!

Solly Baby Wrap

Once I realized that I couldn’t wear the Ergo like I had planned, I started looking into other wraps. I was never a fan of the tie yourself wraps but then I found the Solly Baby Wrap. It looked incredibly soft and there were a ton of great reviews. Now that I’ve had a chance to use it a few times, I really like it! I had to watch the online tutorials a few times before I got the hang of how to tie it. It also took me a couple of days to realize that there is a pocket on one end of the wrap! Perfect place for my keys! Kee seems to like it too.

Freshly Picked

Just because every baby needs a cute pair of shoes while riding in the stroller or carrier! I’m kidding but I still adore these cute little baby moccasins from Freshly Picked! They are so easy to put on Kee’s little feet and they stay on for the most part! They come in lots of colors and patterns too!
