Meet Paul! If you’ve been with us for a while, you may remember Paul and his family from a few years ago. This time, I got to photograph Paul as he prepares to launch his brand. I I’m a huge fan of branding your business! I used to think that a brand was simply a few colors and a logo, but I’ve learned that it’s so much more than that! Most importantly, I believe that it’s important to show who you are through your brand. Having a great headshot goes along way!

It’s been a typical North Carolina summer with almost daily thunderstorms and almost unbearable hot days! Due to all of this, Paul and I met during the early morning in an attempt to beat the summer heat and storms. Everyone knows that I love to photograph during sunset, but early mornings are pretty cool too!

This wasn’t my first time in downtown since the protest, but this was my first time walking down Wilmington and Fayetteville streets since the protest.
