When we purchased this overly expensive blender last year, I promised that it would be my new best friend. And for a few months, it was just that. We used it to make smoothies, green shakes, mash up sweet potatoes for muffins and the list goes on and on. Then I found myself indulging in more Chickfila and less blender goodies. Now that we’re getting more settled into a new routine, I thought it was time to break this blender in a little more. In making shakes and smoothies last year, I realized that I’d much rather eat my greens and fruits than drink them. So this time around, I’m really only making whey protein smoothies. One of my favorites is the JYM Chocolate Cookie Crunch. It’s amazing and taste so good! My goal is to start each morning with a healthy smoothie and a bottle of water.
