For the past few months, Brian and I have been talking about how we want to change our diets! There are so many diets out there, but I’ve always liked the idea of a lifestyle change better than an actual diet! I’ve never really thought that I could become a vegetarian! That was until I started reading about a type of vegetarian called Pescetarian! Now I am excited to begin the journey to becoming a pescatarian!
There are several reasons that we decided to cut out all meats except seafood! One being that we just want to be healthiest version of ourselves. Another reason is because of everything that you hear about steroids being used in the food! I am certainly not saying that we will never eat Chickfila or a burger, but I want to limit those things tremendously!
I have been putting together a board on Pinterest with some pescatarian recipes that I can see us eating as a family! I’ve always thought that being a vegetarian meant that you only ate vegetables and fruits! Now I see that I was so wrong! There are a ton of foods that we currently eat that we can also eat on this new journey!
The mushroom and broccoli pizza from Living Kitchen in the photo below was interesting to say the least!
