When you’re excited and anxious about having a new baby, it’s really hard to be patient! One of the things that I told myself near the end of my pregnancy was that I really needed to not rush time! Now that Keegan is here, I feel that way even more! He’s already 2 weeks old and it’s amazing how much he has changed and grown in the last couple of weeks! He was basically born needing 0-3 and 3 month clothing, which is ridiculous to us! He’s a little chunker who latched on to breastfeeding almost immediately! If I said that adjusting to life with a newborn has been a cake walk, I’d be lying! It has been a lot easier than the first or second time though! We don’t consider ourselves seasoned pros or anything, but things are going pretty good!

Thankfully this little guy has been sleeping through most of the night! I think it’s because he’s usually awake quite a bit during the day. This has allowed us to get a good amount of shuteye at night. Let’s just pray that that continues as he gets older! His sisters are enjoying loving on him. He hasn’t shown a lot of interest in them yet, but we’re sure that’s coming in the future! Overall things are going great! So many things have changed in the last 5 years since we had a newborn and I can’t wait to share some of our favorite baby items with you! That will be in a future post!
