The start of a new year makes me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because it means a new year, a new start. A chance to be better and reach new goals. But sad because it means I’m getting older. But we will just say that I’m getting wiser to make myself feel better! I am so excited for 2016. Last year was an amazing year for us and we met so many new friends and traveled to new places. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead for us in 2016. I’ve never really been into making New Years resolutions because I feel like I never stick to them. But this year, I wanted to create a list of things that I want to accomplish in 2016. Whether it is small or big, I think it’s healthy to have a to do list or a “I want to accomplish list”.
- Pray more, worry less
- Eat and drink healthier (less Pepsi)
- Read the Bible more often
- Keep my toe nails painted
- Read a new book
- Travel to a new city
- Put some of our wedding portraits on the walls
- Declutter our house
- Add some color to my wardrobe
- Keep up with matching socks
- Catch up on Greys Anatomy
- Find new exercises to do from home
- Use my planner everyday
- Learn to coupon
- Finish my Project life book from 2 years ago (Oops)
