From our very first conversation, we knew that we’d have a blast working with Riccardo and Nikkiya! You know how you meet some people and you feel like you’ve known them for years! That how it was talking to these two for the first time! After months of waiting and planning, we couldn’t wait to celebrate with them at the Highgrove Estate in Fuquay Varina, NC!

Their wedding day was completely magical! Nikkiya and Riccardo both looked amazing! I love that they shared a first look prior to the ceremony! It’s always sweet to have those private moments with the couple before the ceremony! There were so many sweet and fun moments throughout their day! One of my favorites (and first) was witnessing Nikkiya’s Grandma walk down the aisle as the flower girl! I love the idea of having your Grandmother as the flower girl! I can imagine that was pretty sweet for her too!

After these two exchanged vows, we spent sometime on the swing in front of the house before heading into the reception! Nikkiya and Riccardo first dance was amazing! The floor filled with the cloud as the sparklers went off behind them! It was really fun to watch! The remainder of the evening was filled with dinner, cake and dancing! Everyone had a great time! We’re so happy for these guys and their family!
