It was 7th grade year in middle school and a new girl had just arrived! We had a class together and ended up sitting near one another during lunch! I asked her what her name was but had no idea what she said! I didn’t want to sound silly, so I didn’t ask again! Instead I waited a few days! I asked her for her name again and we have been hanging out ever since! That was over 20 years ago (wow, I’m showing my age)!

I believe that every one needs that person who they can talk to for hours. That person that they can call up and know that they will always have their back. Or that person who even when you disagree, you love them enough to let it go! This lady has been my person for so many years! We have been through so many things together and I pray that we’re only getting started!

I want to wish her a very happy birthday! I had so much fun photographing her last night and couldn’t wait to share more of my bestie with you!
