I had the pleasure of photographing Ashleigh’s bridal portraits at Poplar Grove Plantation last May. Now that her and Garrett have officially tied the knot, I can share her bridal portraits with you. I recently fell in love with the Wilmington area and could barely wait to visit Ashleigh and Garrett’s wedding venue in Wilmington, NC. Poplar Grove Plantation is a beautiful location for weddings. The house has a lot of charm and original artifacts from the family who lived in the home many years ago. It was really neat photographing Ashleigh in the various rooms inside the house. 

Ashleigh made a very beautiful bride. Her lace wedding dress was from Carolina Bridal World in Smithfield, North Carolina. I absolutely loved all of the details on her dress. 

She also wore some of the cutest cowboy boots underneath her wedding dress.
