The happiest day of Ebony’s life was the day when Hanh proposed to her at a restaurant in Miami. It started off as a birthday trip to Miami! It ended in the proposal of a lifetime in front of an entire restaurant and the sweetest dessert with a note that said “Will you marry me”! We are so blessed to be a part of their Peninsula Club wedding in Cornelius, North Carolina.

We met with Ebony and Hanh at the Homewood Suites Hotel in Charlotte’s Ballantyne. The ladies were busy getting their makeup and hair done when we arrived. I love the beautiful chaos that makes up the hours leading up to the ceremony.

Ebony had her details laid out for us when we arrived. She had the cutest tiffany blue Christian Louboutin heels to wear with her Winnie Couture wedding gown! Her maids of honor and bridesmaids were to wear unique dresses that could be twisted to create different styles. I love how that added a personal touch to everyones dress for the day. Hanh wore a dapper khaki colored suit from Express with a chocolate brown bow tie and chocolate brown Cole Haan shoes. Even before getting dressed, the ladies looked amazing in their monogram tiffany blue robes.

After hanging out with the bride and groom at the hotel, we headed over to the Peninsula Club! The Peninsula Club is a gorgeous country club and golf course on Lake Norman. Ebony once told me that when she visited the space for the first time, she knew that she had found her wedding venue! I can definitely understand why.

After a quick walkthrough of the venue, Ebony arrived in a beautiful gray Rolls Royce. With only an hour left until the ceremony, it was time to put the finishing touches on her hair! The ceremony space overlooking Lake Norman had been beautifully decorated with crystal chiavari chairs with cream colored ties.

Ebony and Hanh shared a sweet moment in prayer before heading out to the ceremony.

After sharing their first dance as husband and wife, they played the cutest 8 minute shoe game!

The end of the night was spent on the dance floor as DJ Brian Jay played some of the latest tunes! Everyone had an awesome time dancing.

Ebony and Hanh’s wedding at the Peninsula Club on Lake Norman was magical! We are so honored to have been a part of their special day!!! Cheers to an awesome marriage you guys!
